The COVID close down to out my therapy in the pool. I was doing really great, then crash. So I hit the pavement, wow, that back and knee went crazy. I made it there, weight up, muscled up. Then pain meds increased, had to, to make it thru the next walk. I did not tell my bff I just got it done.
